Q: Why did you decide to create a Travel and wellness blog ?

A: 4 years ago I experienced severe depression. The main contributing factor that started my healing process of my depression was spending time in Copenhagen, Denmark. The state of being in good health mentally ties in closely with me being able travel and reset my mind. Once posting pictures on Instagram I received warming response from strangers  and so that inspired me to turn some of what used to be extremely painful, into someone amazing. Q: Who takes your pictures ?

A: All scenic and location photos are taken by me. The pictures that I am included in are usually taken by my wonderful boyfriend, friends or family who I am travelling with at the time.

Q: Which places on your travel wish list for 2018 ?

A: South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya and Berlin. As you can see I am very keen to visit Africa next year.    

Q: What else do you do besides travelling?

A: I am an Architecture student working towards become a british registered Architect. I also currently work for an educational software company as a Software Coach in Canary Wharf.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, eating out at beautiful restaurants and writing.

Q: How can you afford to travel so often ?

A: This is a very common question that I get asked. Apart from collaboration assistance, travel does not always have to cost a lot of money, it’s just about looking for the best deals, being flexible and make a few minor sacrifices. Read more about how to travel for less HERE.
